Hi, I’m Jenna Lozano — a multidisciplinary designer and storyteller based in Boston and Chicago.

I specialize in human-centered, service, and experience design, creating work that connects people to systems, spaces, and each other. My practice is rooted in research and storytelling, translating complex ideas into thoughtful, accessible experiences.

I’m currently completing my Master of Design Innovation at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, where my work explores how design can improve access, clarity, and engagement across areas like education, wellness, and community systems.

My background spans graphic design, marketing, and experiential strategy, and I’ve worked across projects that merge research and creative execution—from institutional tools and service systems to brand identities and immersive experiences.
